Apply Online to be a Head Coach or Assistant Coach
We actively encourage parents, former players and non-parents to apply to coach in the EHL and be part of our amazing volunteer family that makes the EHL as great as it is for our players! Please reach out to one of our executives if you have any questions (contact information on our website). If you aren't ready to be a Head Coach, we always require additional Assistant Coaches, and it is a great way to get introduced to coaching. There are fantastic resources available online, especially from Hockey Canada that provide drills and practice plans targeted to each age group, and we will be providing a Coach Resource page with support material, drills and tips. We are here to help you succeed on and off the ice as a coach!
The next step then is as easy as filling out our coaches application form (link below) which is required. While there are certifications and requirements that must be met, we have an easy to follow guide online and we are always here to help with any questions you may have!
